On Wednesday, my dad took all his grandkids+me, on his 2nd annual papa hike :) He is a very outdoorsy guy and loves to hike and is sharing that love with his grandkids, which I think is a great love to pass on :) They all did really well, especially Karson, who rode on Papa's back the whole time. When we told him he'd have to walk next year so that Daxon could go in the backpack, he looked at us with a "you're kidding me!" face :) Thanks dad for teaching our kids the joys of the outdoors :) This was just 5 minutes passed his house. The perks of living in SLC county where you can be hiking in 10 minutes :)

The great thing about this hike is that there is a reward at the top. There's a lake with big rocks that you can walk on and throw rocks into :) The kids loved it!
