Yes, this post is exactly 1 year old, but we have been talking about how it was such a perfect vacation for the last year, so I really wanted to get it posted. Previously in the year, we had done a volunteer project where if you did service, you could get a free pass to Disneyland. So we decided to use those during Fall Break. Our good friends, the Evans, also had gotten the free passes and were going the same time as us, so we planned our trip together. Our families have so much fun together, because first, the parents get along great and second, our boys are the same age and get along so great, too!
Our family left on Monday and checked into a hotel across from Disneyland. Then the next morning, we went and met the Evans family at Newport Beach for a perfect day at the beach. We had the beach to ourselves along with an old friend, Sharla, who ended up there with her 3 boys and husband:)

So much fun! What great memories! That was honestly the most PERFECT day at the beach! Our babies have grown so much in a year!

That beach looks so fun right now! We had to turn our heater on a couple nights ago. But we almost made it to November without it! LOVE YA!
