Yes, I say summer is over, but not really! It's still HOT summer here in AZ, but the kids already started back up today!!!! I just need to post our summer before anything else though, so here it goes:)
Most of our summer was taken up by swim team. The kids loved it and I loved it cuz it got the kids up every morning to practice and get exercise. What else can you do here besides swim in the summer ? :)

Kennedy and Ellie were with us all summer and swam also.
Kordin and Kennedy ended up being the 7&8yr old kids to beat on the Free Style:)
Kord got 1st in all 3 events at the Litchfield Meet:)
Karson and his buddy Jake were always showing off their ribbons:)
Kordin made it to finals in Freestyle, Breast Stroke and Backstroke and was in the relay for both freestyle and IM.
He did great in all of them, but the most exciting was when he was the anchor for both relays and their teams both won by at least two body lengths ! This is a picture of the boy and girl relay teams. Kennedy was in the girl relays, too:)
Swim Team Banquet
They do a fun Banquet at end of swim season where they present awards and dance and eat:)
In this picture, Kordin was surprised by being presented a tropy from Finals. They add up the points for each event he swam in and he ended up with 4th over all:)

cute!! Now you need to blog about your CA vacation :) Can't believe the boys are back in school now, I need to call them to get a report!
And, you didn't even have to tell us which row Karson was in on the group picture...all I had to do was look for the tannest kid on the front row and I found him! Seriously, where did he get those genes from? Wish it were what I had!

Oh, your boys are so big! I just love their sweet faces. I'm glad you had a great summer and I'm sure most of it was spent in the pool out there. Miss you friend!
