I just want to share this awesome site that my sister and her husband have put together!! My sister is working on a project right now to make Stake Dances a different experience for the kids. This site gets the kids(and parents) excited. She has a playlist of good appropriate songs on it for kids to listen to. They are able to request songs here too for future dances. A cool thing they are doing is allowing kids who sing, have a band or just want to practice their singing skills try it out at the dances!!! How awesome is that???? Would their peers be more excited about going to the dance to hear their friends? A mini club:) Then they will have a chance to have their music put on a c.d. for stake dances!!! If you go to music on the top, you are taken to the songs. On the left side, you'll see My stake dance Volume 1 and there are already a few songs there. Those are songs that my sister has written but has other people singing. My all time favorite is Put your Faith on. If nothing else just go here so you can hear the song! Fun and very danceable:) Wouldn't this be neat to have throughout the whole USA???? I'm excited too, just because I have boys getting older and Kordin is loving music right now, so I can just go click here and have him listen to this music:) Go check it out at www.mystakedance.com
