Of course there had to be a serious picture and a funny one:) For the first time, we had our Thanksgiving Dinner on the day before Thanksgiving, because Keith is on call today. That is one of the perks that comes along with your husband being in residency:) He does have Christmas off, though, so we are happy about that:)
I just need to express my gratitude for the most important people in my life. They are my husband and my beautiful children who bring me such joy!!!! I have never enjoyed my family as much as I do now!!! I just adore them!!! I also am so blessed to have such an amazing extended family!! It's sad to be so far away from so many of you this year, but I am lucky to have my best friend(next to Keith:) living with me right now, my sweet mom. There is still a post coming about her;) I have also been very blessed with very special friends. Thank you to all of you who have played an important role in my life just by being a friend to talk to when I needed you:)
