*Having our campsite set up by 2:00 and then just being able to relax and fish and hike around.
*Watching the boys fish with their new spiderman poles with their daddy:)
*Not worrying about cooking over the fire and heading to Sedona for a walk around the town and dinner:) (Yes, you could say our family is not a hard core camping family, but we love to pretend:)
*Cooking smores that night over our fire that lasted just long enough to roast our marshmallows.
*Actually feeling a temperature change and it not always being 100 (we were actually cold that night)!!!!
*A skunk family visiting us that night. Keith and Karson were sleeping outside the tent on a cot and all of a sudden we woke up to Keith shooting with his air pistol trying to scare off a skunk family that lived in the big bush right at Keith's head:) We didn't get much sleep that night.
*Keith teaching Kordin and I how to shoot with the air pistol.
*Going into town for breakfast the next morning(once again- the easy way to camp:)
*Getting camp packed up and going to find Kordin who had wandered off with Kolby, a friend he had made next to our campsite. When I found him he was sitting next to the creek throwing rocks and laughing with Kolby. He wasn't ready to leave his new friend.
*We then checked into our time share that mom was able to get for the next two days. (Again, the perfect way to go camping.)
* Going to Slide Rock for the apple festival and water slide- The pictures will say it all:) Kordin LOVED it, but so did Keith and I;)
*Seeing the beautiful rock formations of Sedona!!!
****Number One Highlight!!!! Spending a fuuunnn weekend with the family!!!!!
