Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the best daddy my boys could ever ask for. When I married Keith, I knew that not only was he an amazing friend and husband, but that he would be an amazing father one day. And exactly one and half years later and on Kordin's actual Birth Day, Keith became a father on Father's Day. I know that my boys will always know that they can count on their daddy for anything. He is always there for them when they want to throw a ball, read a book, have a horsey ride, play a motorcycle computer game/ or complete a level on their Mario DS game or just to have a snuggle when they are tired or sad. Our sweet little family is very blessed to have such an amazing daddy!!! We love you Daddy!!!
This post kind of serves two purposes. Keith officially begins his residency tomorrow. He starts with a bang as he has call on his first day:) I guess we might as well get it figured out right from the start:) I am so excited for Keith as he begins Part 2 of the medical school journey:) I know he is going to be a great doctor. He is in a great program where he will learn as much as he needs to know:) One little funny thing that Daxon has been saying at least twice a week lately is he will just look at his daddy and say, "Daddy, you're a doctor now!" So cute!! Here Keith is in his official Doctor coat. I neve knew this until recently, but when you are in med school, your white coat is just to your hips, but once you graduate, your coat is longer.

And to my own Father. Thank you for all you have done for me in my life. Especially as we have had our own kids. My kids are lucky to have my father as their Papa :)

Love the long white coat!! My husband was so thrilled to get rid of the short white coat too. It's awesome to be starting this phase in life!!

I never knew that about the lab coats...I'll have to see if Grey's anatomy is accurate. (you know greys is my medical dictionary. lol)
