Tonight, we had two of my sisters and their families over for dinner and a Back to School Celebration. It was fun just to get together with family :) If you look at the cake closely, you can see a sun that Kordin added while I was upstairs. Not bad, huh :)
If your kids haven't started school yet, you could do what my friend and I did last week. I took Tuesday and she took Thursday and we each hosted a Get up and Get moving breakfast at 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning. We invited the kids in our neighborhood to come join us, just to get a taste of how it would be to be getting up a little bit earlier before the real school times started. It was a lot of fun. It was an idea from the Family Fun magazine :)
