So this has been Kordin's Spring Break week and I was just talking with a friend about how much I've enjoyed having Kordin home all day all week :) He is just so much fun to hang out with. I think it was nice not to have to worry about missing the bus or not every day too :) We had a fun week. We started out by going to the zoo with my mom, dad, Rachelle, her girls and then one of my best friends from high school who now lives in Ut and her 4 kids. For those of you in K'ville who remember this, she is my friend who flew me out to Atlanta one year to visit her when I was pregnant with Daxon. When you are poor and in med school, it is nice to have friends who can do this for you, especially when you are living in the middle of nowhere with nothing but Walmart to hang out at :) I'm so glad she is here in Utah now. She is just one of those friends who will be there for life :) I love you, Gina :)
Her kids are so great with my kids, too. She has two boys(almost 12, and 9) who Kordin loves to follow around and they let him. Then her two younger girls are exactly the same age as Kordin and Karson. I think Kordin kind of has a crush on Kiley. I've always thought it would be fun if Gina and I were related through our kids :) (I know, I know, it's a little early to be doing Kordin's arranged marriage- I should at least wait until he is 15 :) Here is a picture of them when we were in Atlanta and then this week at the zoo and then Kangaroo Zoo.

Kordin and Kiley at the ZooI like this picture where Daxon is just standing around with his family :)
Karson just would not turn around and look at me, so papa told him to turn around and say "No", so he did :)
Here are all the kids in the playland at the zoo.

Nana bought these fun fans for the kids, since it was 77 degrees out!!!!

Here are all of Gina's kids and my kids. Her youngest, Brenna, insisted on pulling everyone ,so Gina very slyly helped push from behind :)
A couple of days later, we met up at a fun place called Kangaroo Zoo. It is the best invention. There are about 20 huge blow up slides, obstacle courses, jumping houses, etc. Go check it out at www.kangaroozoo.com. These couple of things made our spring break week lots of fun. Thanks to all who we got to enjoy this week with.

You guys kept busy last week! We actually attempted to go to Kangaroo Zoo off your suggestion, but did't have enough time. Looks like so much fun!
Great to see old friends again! I can't believe all those kids. Yeah! And, good luck with the weather. I definitely don't miss the snow!
(P.S. I totally laughed remembering us at Bridal Veil Falls. Good times!!!)
Great to see Gina and know that she is doing good. Looks like lots of fun. Been watching your weather and thinking of you and how wacky it has been. Come to CA, where it is warm!!!
