I can't talk enough about how nice it is to have Keith home. He only has 2 weeks left, but really it's nothing like what he has been doing these last two years!!! All he has done is go to class all day, study all night and do his best to be a good daddy and husband all in the middle of that and he has done a very good job of it. He and all his classmates(and any other person who has gone to med school) amaze me! They have to learn and remember so much that they must have sponges as brains to soak it all in. I know I could never do it! I'm not saying that my last two years have been easy as a first time stay at home mom, but I would much rather have done what I just did than what he did. Once in awhile I have to remind myself how blessed I am to be able to stay home with my boys, cuz it's not always easy. But the rewards greatly outnumber the hard days. I just have to say it's just sooo much easier when there are the two of you working together all day to take care of 3 boys. I was just telling Keith tonight how much more I enjoyed my boys all the way to the end of the night because I wasn't so tired from being mom all by myself all day. Usually at 8:00, I'm ready to check out from being mom. But today and yesterday that wasn't the case :) It makes such a difference when we have Keith completely and he isn't worrying about going and studying for his next test or just keeping up on his reading! Today was such a nice day. We all went to church and then when we came home we just hung out together. Keith played with Kordin while I slept with Daxon and Karson and then later we were all outside just playing around. Even Daxon was in his little walker enjoying the not so humid air today. Keith took the boys on short little scooter rides and I even went out on the scooter, just enjoying alone time as I drove out in the "country" of Kirksville :) Keith took Kordin's training wheels off cuz he felt like he finally had time to help Kordin learn to ride without them, but one push and he was off. I was so proud of that cutie, Kordin.
