Love These Boys of Mine!!

This is what I just walked in to. On the night before Keith has call, the boys always talk him into letting them snuggle with him to fall asleep. He always gives in:)

Nana's Surprise

As we were at the assembly that day, the rest of my sisters were flying in from CA and UT to finish off the surprise for my mom. She had been trying to convince everyone to come for Christmas, but everyone kept saying they weren't going to be able to make it:) That afternoon at about 4, once everyone had gotten in, we all went over to my mom's house. Those who she knew were there rang her doorbell and began singing We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
Each time we sang We wish you a merry Christmas, another family walked around the corner.



I think she could easily say, it was one of her best surprises of her life:)


And it was all caught by my amazing friend, Amy, who was there to capture it all:)

Karson is Student of the Month and Santa Claus Comes to Town:)

The next day was Holiday Spirit day at school and it was also the School Assembly.(Yes, my kids were in school all the way until the 23!!!) You can see here that Kordin went all out for Holiday Spirit week.

When he found out about Holiday Spirit day, he told me a month in advance that he wanted to be Santa Claus. I told him that probably would be hard to find. Well, it was his lucky day when I was at Joann's Craft and found this santa suit for $6:)

Here's the 1st reason we came for the assembly. Karson coming in with his class;)

Every year when Kordin has gotten Student of the month, he got it the same time as Kennedy. Well, this year, Karson and Ellie got it the same month:) She's in the middle of the group :)

As an added bonus, Kordin's choir sang at the assembly. You can see him as Santa:) When his teacher saw him as Santa, she asked him to step out into the audience and wave and walk around as they sang Santa Claus is Coming to Town. He was great:) The kindergardners thought he was Santa and screaming for him :)

We went over to the Wigwam where my mom did a small photo shoot so we could get some Christmas pictures of our family:) Unfortunately, the night before, Keith chipped his tooth and looked like a red neck, so he didn't smile, but he still looked great;)

The day after Erica, Brandon and Tenley got here, another surprise came;) You see, my mom thought that they were the only ones coming for Christmas, cuz everyone else just couldn't make it. I knew my sister and her girls were coming but didn't know exactly when. So on Thursday night, as my mom was leaving my house after helping clean up from treat making, I heard a loud scream outside. It was my mom realizing that it was Rachelle and her girls sitting in their car in our driveway. Yes, she was so excited:) My kids were surprised too, as I hadn't told them, cuz I knew they might tell nana:) Here are all the kids that night:) I only wish I would've gotten a picture of mom's face when she saw Rachelle:)

Tenley is here!!!!!

We are really excited at our house because we finally got to meet my niece, Tenley! She is one year old, but we just haven't gotten to UT to see her yet! Erica and Brandon flew in today for Christmas. The boys can't get enough of Tenley because she laughs at them and they love that!

11 Years Ago Today.................

................I married my best friend:)

11 years doesn't seem like a long time! I remember it like it was just yesterday!!! But so much has happened in those few years!
* We've lived in 3 states and 7 houses
* We've had 3 beautiful boys
* Keith graduated from med school and only has 1 1/2 years left of residency
* We've had hundreds of memorable moments with our sweet little family
* We have years ahead of us to enjoy hundreds more!!!

I love and adore my sweet husband and am the luckiest girl alive to have such an amazing sweetie who is also the best dad a kid could ask for!!!!
